Took out the engine last night as im doing a GTi conversion.

Still runs and idles perfect however, the rings will definatelly need to be replaced.

According to the previous owner the carby was rebuilt not even 6 months ago and the head was decked and cleaned up (obviously they forgot about the bottom end).

Looking around $250 for the whole engine (will be missing the dizzy and the sump cover/pickup/flywheel/clutch)
All the hoses and other parts will be on the engine

Can deliver to Perth area if need be (you will need to take it off the ute though)

Back up for sale as the guy decided he didn't want it

Dad decided to keep the carby for his Sierra so only the block/crank/pistons/head will be getting sold

If anyone is interested please let me know....was looking to get about $180 but make me an offer and im sure we can come to an agreement
