Stock shackles for Sierra's are 3" from memory
So im guesing 5".....

70mm are standard so add 50mm to that and you get 1 20mm.

They worked with the spring i had. Ruf and custom.
I had them with 2". Didnt work.

Thats some good math there Dan
Standard are 70mm. 2" extended are approximately 120mm.
