Does anyone know how to replace a mechanical fuel pump on the 1.3?

Anything particular to pay attention to?

mine is dripping fuel from the breather pipe

Pretty simple job mate. Pay attention to what fuel lines you take off from where. There is a little shaft that comes out of the head, don't misplace it and remember to put it back in :wink:
