Is it a car, or perhaps a horse and cart?

yeah sorry it is from my 93 sierra it has 2 inch body lift, 2 inch spring lift, 31, 10.5 bar etc and it is coming from the front left i think.. i had a look at the body mounts today but couldnt see any loose i think i will have a crack at tightening them again tomorrow but it sounds more rattley than a body mount would make

At a guess, it could be a loose shock or broken shock mount. It could also be a cv. Because the exhaust is on the front left of the vehicle (if it's the stock 1300) you may want to check that too.

i would check all bolts on the exhaust from the motor to the rear of your car.

just get under there and try to shake everything you can to see if it will move.... exhaust, drive shafts, gearbox... everything.
