i just did a 1.6 efi swap a couple of months back. definatly more punch under load (hills and the like) but just round town its not hugely (well not as much as i expected) different to the 1.3 with a webber and extractors.

try looking at www.findapart.com.au - they were really good when i was looking for a hyundai getz motor for one of the vehicles at work. it sends a message out to all of the wreckers. (unfortunatley i didn't know about it when i got my baleno engine)

keep an eye out for cheap ass wrecked vitaras as well shreks, moght score a good engine in it.
