Got a serious sludge build up in the rocker cover and head so now weighing up my options 2nd hand motor rebuilt motor or rebuild myself?? Opinins please my head is about to explode hahaha

try doing a oil change and using the correct grade of oil in it.

thick oil causes heaps of problems in suzuki motors. plus i wouldn't consider a rebuild
without first doing a compression and leak down test. if it is using oil something as simple as the wrong
grade of oil can be the culprit and i certainly wouldn't swap out a motor just because
some 17yo on the internet said i had to.
