I am after a 5.12 front ring and pinion to put into my WT front diff( I chipped the teeth off!). What R&P do I need out of a vitara???

5.12:1 = 41 tooth ring gear, 8 tooth pinion any manual 1.6l Vitara will have what you're looking for

u will need 2 sets front and rear

He chipped the teeth so he just needs a new set for the front from his explanation.

yeah that's how i read it, any front diff out of a manual 1.6L vit will do the job.

Yeh I put WT diffs on my NT but the front diff had chipped teethand when I did a tooth count it had 41 ring and 8 pinion teeth. So that should be 5.12?

Thanks for all your help.

Anyone got a cheap 5.12 ring and pinion for sale??
