Would ya pay for unlocked Hilux diffs already modded to go straight into a Sierra. Comes with a high steer setup.

And alternatively how much would you pay for rebuild wt diffs, with lock rights and spoa done properly. Including high steer.

2x lux diff you'd expect to pay $400-$600 the pair and depending on high steer add extra $100-$500

Sierra could spend $300-500 each diff

Anyone else? Joel and I are thinking of swapping my spoa stuff for his Hilux stuff. And I don't wanna rip him off and vice versa.

I paid $500 for 2 sets and one set was free.
