I just got a coily zuk cheap and needs a bit of work, the transfer case will only shift 2H to 4H, will not go across to N or 4L.

I figured it would just be the shifter bush but on further inspection i realised its way different to my old leafy case, shouldn't of assumed.

But is it a simple problem like the leafy with a bush being stuffed or something like that. Otherwise i will have to bring forward the 1Litre or 1.3L case swap if this one is stuffed...

If i do replace the box with a earlier one, i also need the jackshaft from the back of the gearbox correct? is there anything else i'd need to get?

may be something small like the shifter bush, but if it's not and the case needs a rebuild then you may aswell put the money towards a 1ltr case...should be able to pick one up with all the parts needed for under $200.

Is there a shifter bush in the coily? I only had a quick look through the hole in body at it and it is nothing like the leafys setup.
Prolly head up to the wreckers tomorrow and sus that option out
