Gang,

I was under the jimny today just doing a spanner check after the weekend making sure nothing was broken or loose(I did have some other damage ), but anyway i did see that the transfer case mount on the passenger's side has been hitting the floor...it has left a big dent in the floor...but that's not the issue. The issue is how is the t-case mount hitting the floor?

All the bolt's are tight and there is no unusual free play that i can feel.....so how is the whole thing twisting over when under load if the bolt is tight and the rubber mount is still in tact? It's got me buggered how's it doing it....

Unless he's upgraded, they are aly, & just snap....

mine was doing the same thing so got stronger mounts
rubber will stretch a fair way when under a large amount of strain

How dose it move id the bolt is holding it tho?

na they bolt at each end not all the way through unless u mounts are different to wat mine where

ur gears prob dont help with the additional torque!

Every thing is in tact....i think shnady92 hit the nail on the head....
