There was one on this site at one stage but there is a definitly a link on this Forum(may be Outerlimits) to the factory one that someone scanned.
Surely one of the original members here would know.?

This link is the factory one - Do you mean you want to buy a hard copy?

If so just keep an eye on Ebay as they come up there now and again.
