I thought you knew how to weld. It's really not hard to make one up, even with a skid plate. Bit of angle, bit of flat bar, bit of thinking then go crazy with the hot glue gun.

Yeah I was just hoping to get wheeling before or around xmas and didn't want to bite off more then I can chew...
Would need to buy a welder... and something to cut a 'nook' our of the ring with... (assuming hacksaw wouldnt cut it? perhaps grinder with cutting disk?)
But while the case has one of the 4 bolt holes (that bolts to the larger of the crossmembers) broken off perhaps it's not a good idea to wheel it without a ring/cradle...
