Also if anyone could link to a guide to change cam and crank seals would be great

I believe that's your aircon box thing. I'd be looking at the connection from ya heater box thing to it. The grill from just in front of ya windscreen blocks up and it fills and leaks. There is a good guide on how to fix this. Might be in the tech section. It's midnight here and I'm on my iPhone so do a search.

The only way to clean it really good is to pull the whole lot apart. I think alien found a real good web site with how to get around doing it. Basically using a hole saw cut a hole where the leaves build up, vacuum it out then use a washer a rubber grommet a nut a bolt an another washer to reseal it. Maybe some can remember the article. I can't fin it.

It could even be the actual heater core.
But not telling us what type of water it is, when it happens etctetc, its not helping.
brown or green water, warm= coolant, heater core up to shit, buy new one.
clear but only after rain= blockage in heater core/vents( i blocked off the whole vents up top, stopped leaks forever!)
clear but only when aircon is on= aircon drain blocked.

The only thing it will change is the heater/vents won't blow air through from outside, with the fan off..
Not that you need the heater in summer, Many people have made up a plate that is easily removed if needed with nutserts in the body etc.
