Hey fellas,

I have a 95 LWB Vitara efi, that is run on BP 95 premium.

For a while now i've realised that after a drive, coming to a hault at lights or parking, the idle will drop to sometimes what seems to be 25-50 rpm and pick up again to normal idle (600-700 rpm) slowly. It takes about 4-5 seconds to pick up to normal idle again.

Any ideas on what's causing this to happen and how to fix?

There seems to be a lot of these low idle issues happening lately. And, they're happening in both EFI and carburetted vehicles.

Mine doesn't seem to be weather related either.

85drover- has your fuel consumption down up?

There is a air bleed screw in the front top of the manifold that works itself down over time

Cheers. Nah, fuel consumption is about 500k to a tank with extractors, 2.25" exhaust and 235/75 tyres. I'll sus the air bleed screw out though.. And the coolant jacket.
