Does anyone know weather the gears from a 1.0L transfer (non switch type) fit into a W/T transfer case????

but you can fit the whole 1.0L non switched transfer case into a WT sierra, just need to gin around with uni joints/flange yokes.

could i use the gears from both to make a rocklobster?

with gears available so easily these days its not work making the rocklobsters anymore.

i just have a 1l non switch case here and i want to use it for something.

And no you can't anyway. The gears are set at a different spacing apart from each other in the case and it doesn't work with 1.3 spacing.
