as the title says, im chasing the multi ribbed crank pulley and water pump pulley needed for the 110A falcon alt conversion on my sierra.

I have both here for sale. You can have them for $30 posted to your door. Its a water pump off a vitara so you can use the sierra water pump and the crank pully off a swift.

Why nOt run the v belt? I swapped the pulley from my original alternator onto the ford unit and it worked fine. V belts not as good but still more than good enough for a 1.3

Doesnt work very well.

I did this when i first did the conversion but the extra load when your really drawing from the alt destroys the V belts. There isnt enough grip. The multi rib belts have less stretch and more surface area to grip the pulley.


I busted 3 V belts on a weekend out wheeling.
