What are these??


Grey one is original NT flange off a 88.5wt jumble.
Black is WT pattern,
Same spline.
The jackshaft and front output flange are taller than the NT one by 11.6mm, so you can't get the spline nut on properly.
The shaft for the seal section is 2mm larger diameter than the NT one.

Using a 88.5WTcase but it originally uses NT shafts... Looks like i need to machine these weirdo's to make a normal WT flange...
Rear output is same height as NT one, but thought it felt abit tight into seal, it must be 2mm bigger diameter also.

Do i have shit coily flanges here?

So i have 2 diff flanges and a rear output..

the transfer flange you have i dont think is a rear output its one of the other two. the rear output is different as the shroud sits further down the smooth shaft.

but yes, the black one is 100 percent a diff flange.

The black one, I have 2 of these.
Yes, Rear outputs are taller again.
The rear WT Flange i have on the output, is put on the transfer already. Not in pic. Didnt measure the seal section though. Will have to get it off and see.

i started with a 88.5 case too with nt flanges. i run a wt front output bored 1mm to accept the lux shaft and then on the rear went disco.

my input n front output look the same and the standard rear has about 15mm extra on the flat?

no what tanshi is saying is the rear output flange is shorter , not taller , because it doesnt go "into" a seal , the locking ring inside the transfer for the speedo drive and bearing seals the rear output.
the black flange is a diff flange , and if it was coily would have threads in the flange for a bolt , not straight cut holes for a bolt/nut

The rear output is exact same as the grey one, Only in WT pattern, Also longer/taller Its a proper rear output. I know what a rear output looks like. The lock ring doesnt seal. The flange does..


I was just questioning these black ones!
