about as wide as your bumper, from the bottom of your bumper to the top of the guard high and about yay wide *holds out hands about the right width apart* and for weight well i can lift it at chest height with one hand so could be no more than 60lb

The ARB bar I have weighs 21.5kg. It's the non winch version.

The winch bar might be slightly heavier, maybe allow another kilo for the extra metal? Then again, there's a hole in the bar for a winch! Might averages the same weight?
