Just wondering if someone has a sierra near by that they could get a couple of quick measurements from. I need:
Diameter of front spring hanger (the piece of pipe the shackle bush goes into)
Width and height of the chassis rail
Height and depth of the sill

Any help would be greatly appreciated, need to order steel but can't get near my car.

Having a guess here but the chassis should be 50x100mm rhs

this is the sill (im planning to replace the sills too

You will notice a few inaccuracies... its hard to get this right with a tape the top two measurements should be 57 and 24 (not 51 & 21)

the total width is ~85mm and height ~170mm



OD of the spring hanger is 39mm (cant help with the ID sorry) (Could have been 29 couldn't read the verniers properly)

Like i said, im planning to put some RHS here myself, so i needed to figure it out anyway

Shackle end of the spring is 30mm diametre, I think the chassis mount for the shackle is the same size, chassis mount end of spring is 40mm.
