That's wierd!
I'm not sure if suzukiinfo has the SJ80 stuff on it. I just checked and it's down at the moment.

hang on you want to wire the factory tacho to the tach output on the ecu? what have you tried wiring to the neg of the coil?
from memory there are 2 wires from the factory loom to the coil, one is going to have power on it when the ignition is on, the other is your wire

ey royce....yea the once is positive feed to coil, other is negitive(the wire it is supposed to be)now i have tried it on the negitive with no luck...seems there might be a break in the wire to original tacho...or it might have to do with the a/c and some loose wires lying around....:S..i really dont want to take the dash out again...but if i dont find a diagram,im going to have to make my own...and thats alot of stuffing around...

I would say if you are running off the coil negative and nothing is happening tis either broken or the wrong wire

hahaa finally all sorted!!!turns out the signal from my ecu had a fault, and after contacting wolf ems(im running a wolf 3d) they said they would get back to me...in the mean time i ran 2x 1amp diodes from the two coils(-) and bam it all works!!!!needless to say when wolf contacted me back there is a little mod to be done with the signal wire and a relay, but the diodes work a treat! thanks again guys!

Good to hear you got it sorted!
How are your liking the Wolf ECU? I have heard a few bad things, but nothing specific really, just whinging. What model are you running?
Oh, and btw, we are patiently awaiting skid pics
