I don't mean to sound rude but there's a ton of info about spring over conversion on the net, try searching other sites like

im just after a basic list of stuff i will need to buy . . i kno of
Spring seats
tailshaft spacers
longer brakelines. . swift ones????
not sure what i have to do with the steering?

Just buy all these on this website

im wanting to use aus gear if im buying anythin

seeing this is kinda on topic where do i get a highsteer kit in aus dont really wanna spend 900 from snake racing either

I know Snake racing ain't cheap, but I don't think you will get it much cheaper anywhere else. You could try http://www.bbmmotorsports.com.au/ or http://www.locktup4x4.com.au/
