Hi guys i have a 93 vitara jx swb which i love althou i am currently in the market to ugrade to a 97 or 98 lwb. i went to look at one today and i realised that they have automatic locking hubs which i am not familiar with and i would much prefer manual locking hubs. So i was just wondering can i just convert them over and is it as simple. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys Happy 4X4'ing....

Straight swap. All you need is manual hubs off another vit. You can buy them new from ebay ~$180.

hi im kinda new here I own a 98 GV and was looking into a manual hub conversion. is it really as easy as a swap over cos I have the chance to get my hands on a set of new manual hubs but was told they are 26 spline does this mean they will still fit? as my GV isn't that far along in mods (haven't touched the diffs yet but has 2in lift kit and tyres on the way 225/75r16)
cheers
