I've talked my way out of so much crap its silly though.

My first pajero build was very oversized and not engineered and the tires were balding, I got pulled over for speeding down the 6 streets it took them to catch up with me.
Talked for so long it turned into a philosophical debate, one cop was red in the face yelling at me asking why I wasnt upset with all the trouble i was going to be in. Turned it arround on him asking why he was reacting the way he was, I was willing to accept the consequenses of my actions but how can he justify his, I had not raised my voice, only debated the severity of his accuations and asked for clarifications etc, after more than 30 minutes they got an urgent call, he said congratulations, youve talked your way out of more than $800 worth of fines, and they sped off.


I was young and stupider. They should have just fined me and left, I would have lernt a better lesson, it would have taken less time and my car would have probably had some issues corrected that should have been..
