i need a gv transfer case now mine was running with no oil simce i bought it so its buggered

I believe the Vit J20a ones are the same never needed to find out so cant confirm.

he rand and said he thought we had one but the splines where fine my are course may have one coming from tasmania not looking foward to the freight quote

Look for one out of a 2001 - 2005! 99 & 2000 had issues with gears and would jump from 4L to 4H due to a ring gear. I replaced mine with 2001 and no more problems.

There was a factory recall for this issue. You can tell if its been fixed or the case has been apart from the red or blue sealant they used......Mine was done and its a late 99/00 model.

If yours hasn't been factory fixed then just by another one. I was going to fix mine but it requires replacing 2 gears, and for genuine parts was $250 for one gear & $400 for the othe. It was only $350 for a complete secondhand one.
