Wanting to buy a lift kit for my 96 coily. just wondering if anybody has an old one i can buy off them?

Old ones will most likely be sagged, and the front struts will be had it. Just buy a cheap Ebay kit. Better than second hand. Atleast for 18 months or so.

I'm with fz.
however I picked up a s/h one off this forum about 3 years back from a add the same as this for a steel! it was still in box!

so Goodluck!

shit yes hooki had rolled his sj80 a few days after fitting lift kit.

Very true point. i bought some 31's so now i need a little bit of lift to make em fit abit more comfy. they do fit but a descent bump n gam e over. opinions on a body lift?

Not sucha a bad idea on a vit. They are pretty wide and stable so the gain in COG doesn't hurt as much as a sierra.

But you won't need more than 50mm suspension lift in the future (when you get one ) because the BL will have already made room for your tyres.

I just realised my profile says a 1990 vitara. i got 96 sierra coily tintop.,whay say you about a body lift on a sierra?

On a coily? They are removable, so you could always pull it out later.

There are better ways to get clearance, but none are as easy or as cheap as a body lift.

I've got 50mm lifted lovells springs I will pull out next week if your interested. Have done around 5000km.
