hello,

is there a trick to getting the front rotors off a Sierra?? i had a quick go at removing them but couldnt see how to get them off?? i didnt go too far with them though as i ran out of light. do i need to remove the locking hub parts or will the rotors slide off past it?

cheers
Chris

You'll see two holes in the centre part of the rotor.

They fit an M8 bolt. Wind in some bolts it should pop off. If not, wind them in tight then try and knock the rotors off.

If you are replacing the rotors the easiest way to remove them is to:
Jack up front and place axle stands.
Remove wheel.
Remove caliper.
Belt the rotor with a hammer until it falls off. Hit it anywhere except the wheel studs, hurting the rotor doesn't matter as it is going in the bin.
