only found these in mph
perhaps you can modify them
need powerpoint

they are alright. you can also edit the number out. so it probably can be changed to KMH.

what i untimatly want to do is have my gauges to light up white or blue instead of that crappy orange

have a look on the states ebay, they sell them there with both MPH and KPH on the one set of guages, and are all white
