Ok I would like to upgrade the Suspension on my Sierra.
Have looked into different brands. (Internet based)
The Calmini 3" or 3.5" looks like a good option.
There are heaps on eBay would know a good setup from a bad on there.
Could I get opinions from everyone on here, will look into any setup even mix and match brands.
Will be buying another set of 30" mud tyres, maybe 31" if they don't scrub. Tyres and wheels will be used on both my Vitara and Sierra.
Cheers, Dave

What are you after?
More flex? Better ride? More clearance? Some more height to clear some tyres? Poser looks?

You dont need 3.5 inch lift for31's. Matter of fact you dont need any lift. But if you want some chassis clearance i would go 2inch spring Ruf Virtual lift/ guard chop
Look for a well known 2inch spring on the market. Ome and efs springs are pretty good.

I used to run 32s with only extended shackles an extended front bump stops.. And it only thing it rubbed on was the leaf springs at full lock.

Panhard? Do you mean track bar?
Spoa sucks balls JMO. its a yank think to get a zook and spoa it but its just not parctical. There is no reason for it unless u like to change everything for very little gain. If you were gunna go to the trouble of spoa you may as well just coil it. If you ruf it and also move the hangers on you rear aswell to get good shackle angles at both ends you will get much better perfomance for relatively little work.
