at a guess I'd say there the same as a g13? Suzuki carry them in stock down here, so Proberbly up there 2, also not that $$
however if its sloged out check your crank/pully replacing the pully isn't that expensive either and Suzuki should have them in stock.

I only know this because gtis are prone to it from high revs.

I have one here I'll quickly get a ruler and measure it for you

EDIT:

15mm long and 7mm deep, 4.5mm wide.

Im sorry but i don't have anything more accurate to measure it with. I have a set of digital verniers on the way to shim my transfer correctly so when i get those I can give you a better measurement.

Somebody else told me 15 x 5 x 7.24mm :)

jono165, is yours a new genuine one? if so do you have the part number for future reference?

FWIW I have a pulley and key sorted from Fatty (the tall one, not the short one) just gotta go get it but that is pretty close to a standard size metric key

Those measurements sound good.

Mine is out of a G16A that was at the wreckers, I swapped a G16A timing and crank gears onto my G13BA when i did my power steer conversion so I had a 5 bolt main pulley and ran a T243 belt.

I would assume that the key I have is the original one from that motor though.

I always find it strange so many G16b have the same problem but none of the others do

I think it is due to G16B running a big ass dual multi rib pulley that the others don't.

Yeah when you look at how that pulley is setup and how heavy it is it really is a stupid design
