Can I run a jimmy ps box with fluid in it with no pump attached so I can drive to a hose shop n get high pressure line made up??

If the pump isn't working, don't see why you wouldn't be able to. With fluid in it, I doubt it will get hot enough to seize it. Same go's if the power steering belt snaps.
