I had 3.2 dobinson springs in the front of my 3 door, normal Dobs in the back. Went well considering I had stock shocks n struts. I also had a strut spacer in the front.

I've had Ironman suspension on my diesel for just over two years now. The first batch of front struts had a knocking sound that Ironman said was 'normal' but they eventually replaced them (built4thrashing had the same issue). Not a suspension guru but the car handles OK. Probably a bit firmer ride than before. And I don't think it gave the full 45mm lift.
I believe the only options for GV3s are Ironman or Dobinsons. ARB sells a kit with a massive 15mm of lift.

I run the updated Ironman and its is awsome on the road but offroad its average. Very little flex as the springs are very stiff. If i was to do it again id go for the dobinson kit.
