Getting my girl going again soon, and wondered what size tyre is the biggest you should go without straining the 1lt?
I do a fair amount of k's each week so dont want this engine to blow up!!
Did my last at 100kmph!

She has on 215/75/15's
is that 30's?

30's are 235's.

i have 215s on my 1.3ltr and you can notice the power difference compared to running the standard 205s, so i'm guessing it will be even more obvious in a 1ltr

i had 31's on my sagged stock spring 1.3 ute but scrubbed all the time. except for in a straight line im pretty sure 29's would be just scraping by for being ok.

Suppose, getting within 2 or 3 inches is good enough for a tyre manufacturer.

Cool Cool, I got a set of 225 put on the front to check for rubbing and there was plenty of room but think ill stick to the 215 for the time being then!
