head to clark rubber and get some self adhisive neoprene. i have a SWB soft top with the fibreglass top they creak and groan like u wouldnt believe, i put neoprene everywhere the top contatcs the car and BOOM no more noise,
Doors - i used biseal, its a tape we use at work for wire loom repairs its not stcky but sticks onto its self like a weld its awesome, i wraped 1 layer of that around where the door latches and no more rattle. mine had a plastic cover around the metal which over time has died so the biseal was a good fix.
Tail gate - i used a square piece of wood i use off road as a jack stand, stood it in the bak against the lip, my false floor in the back pushed the wood againgst the tail gate and pressure stops rattle
With a few noises u gotta get creative, like i sed clark rubber or bunnings, for the rear of the canopy i used a weather strip from clark rubber that fits perfect and this also stops the tailgate from moving a little
if all that fails buy a better sterio and turn up the volume haha

i do have a question, wen it rains in not sure from where but water drips onto my right foot...any1 have a similar problem

The water is probably coming from the vent in front of the windscreen. There is two little outlets on the firewall in the engine bay that are meant to let water out but they get clogged with leaves. You have to take most of the heater stuff out to get at the little catcher under the vent though.

RUF it.
Move the rear shackle perch forward 10mm.

That is basically what is in my car and it is smoother than my GQ.

Anymore than 20psi in the tyres and you are looking for a chiropractor or new kidneys.

what benefits are there in moving the rear shackle perch forward?
Is the rear shackle perch the rear perch that the front leafs attach to ( hope that makes sense) that you turn around when doing the RUF?
Or is it something completely different ?

The rear shackle perch is where the shackles on the rear spring are bolted to on the chassis, moving it forward makes the shackle less vertical adding comfort and flex.

Or a way more simpler way is to get longer rear main leafs. No cutting or welding required.

They are only like 10mm longer if I recall. There is some spring tech in my build thread regarding main lengths

To account for the angle change cause of the extended shackles?

Yes he did. For their height the OME's are still a short spring! To get them to work their best on the rear the shackle spacing needs to be reduced to achieve better shackle angles.

Hey dude just wanted to ask you about this comment you made, i got my 4 extended shackles and 2" lifted rears to match my current rears.

I thought you only put the new shackles in the front? Wont the extended shackles in the rear kill the flex?

Any photos of your perches?

Cheers,
Aaron

Hence why he moved rear shackle perch forward.

Edit: That's my understanding of it.

Yeah im just browsing through all the RUF threads i can find and from what im thinking, hes moved the front perch backwards and the rear perch forwards? And used extended shackles all round?

Just curious cause in the threads im reading i havnt heard about people touching the rear perch?

Front mount back.
Rear Mount forward to compensate for the shackles.

Do it.

Yes fez springs are long and hence have a soft rate but I dunno how you can preech of how smooth they are or even recommend them if you haven't even tried it. They could be too 'smooth' and soft causing the vehicle to be sloppy as on anything bar a hardcore wheeler.
