Hi guys,
I'm after some standard rims and tyres for a 1994 1.3L WT Sierra.
I'm in Sydney.
By the way - what is the standard tyre size? Is it 205/70/15? I can't find a tyre placard anywhere on my car...
Cheers,
KD.

Thanks very much for that Joe. Do you (or anyone else) know where the tyre placard is supposed to be?
abclarke - Hi mate. What size are your tyres? Are they all the same tread pattern?

They are like Joe said, 205/70/r15.
Dont think they are all the same, i think 2 one tread and 3 the other. Have a quick look at my build thread maybe.

abclarke - Had a look at the first page of your build thread. I'd say you're on the money with 3 of one kind and 2 of the other, (although a little hard to tell for sure by that photo).
I think the rule for roadworthiness is that tyres on the same axle need to be of the same tread pattern... Can anyone confirm that one?
What would you like for them mate?
Joe - where abouts in the door jam? Driver's door jam?

Joe - where abouts in the door jam? Driver's door jam? As long as you have two of the same on your steers and then two of the same on the drives it should be fine and just use the other as a spare Not sure mate it's been a while since i looked in a sierra but i'm pretty sure they stick them in the door jam somewhere

I have 5 standard rims sitting here in Wollongong.... 4 have 215 m/t bravos and one has a shitty stock tyre. You can have the lot for $50 if you are still looking.
