I want to replace the springs on our GV this weekend and have never played with ifs or IRS so
Does any one have any tips? Will I need any speciality tools for the job?

You'll need spring compressors to get the front springs onto the struts. The rear is just unbolt and replace.

And really tighten the nut that connects the sway bar to the front strut, it came loose twice on mine.

Some pics from a Rocky Road lift install might help.
