I have a 1,6L Grand Vitara 3Door '99 and i would really like to have a set of 30x9,5" BF Mud Terrain KM2 on it...

How much should i lift it?

I think 2" Suspension Lift with new springs, rearshocks and front strut spacers.

and 2" bodylift.

Do You think that would be enough lift?

What about the offset... I have stock 15" rims and a set 6X15" with offset 0.. Would they fit whitout rubbing?

the 15' wont fit wont clear the brakes at front
i think you will find they are 16'

That lift combo will clear the 30's with some bumpstop checking, but you won't get those 15's on without some heavy grinding of the brake calipers.

Buy 16's or 17's.

Or get some XL7 16" rims, or standard GV steelies.

I am sure the 1.6 SWB SQ416 came out with the regular SE vitara sized brakes rather than the SV/SQ, hence them running the stock vitara 15" steelies.
