Sounds like a nice setup Dan but have you taken the tape measure out?!

I know someone over here that put the SR20 (non-turbo) into the bay and once they worked out the gearbox dimensions etc the sticks were sitiign WAY past the driver seat....and that was in a LWB and if you're fitting it to your SWB you'll have even more dramas.
I know you said the radiator is going in the back but even so....the motor also sat very high in the bay so you may need a scoop/hole in the bonnet if you push the engine forward like you plan

Good luck :)

:?

Yes i have. What box and transfer did they use?

And unless im severely confused.. SWB and LWB are the same up to the B pillar?

and when did i say i was pushing the motor forward? That would be silly..

and there isnt much aesthetics or Sierra left, so i can do things others have not considered.

I'd steer clear of a front mount unless you are doing only speed work.

Try and scavenge a water to air setup off a subaru. They are far more efficient when airflow is compromised.

Will see more slow stuff than fast stuff, but id like the option of going quick.

Like this one? Know what models they're on?
And what is involved in its setup?

Early wrx's, rs libertys. Check out http://www.rslc.org or rexnet you should be able to pick up one for less than 50 bucks

Setup requires a feed from cold to hot... Essentially. Without by passing the thermostat
