Hey I have a 1989 Sierra and lately it's been a bitch to start, you have to pump the accelerator and keep turning the key, takes up to 5mins some days just to kick over, has anyone else had this problem or any idea what I should be looking at?

Before you start cranking....pump the accelerator pedal at least twice to the floor....then hold it half way down and give it a crank
