Just a nooby question guys. Is a rear ARB locker on a jimny with 31's a bad idea?

Rear shouldnt be a problem but front is another story.

Jimnybits has made uprated cv,s and axles for front jimny diff to handle big tyre locker combo, test set fitted and being put through its paces as we speak, should see full production sets by Xmas or just after and a hell of a lot cheaper than some competitors prices!:)

I doubt thy will be cheaper then the ones that a few guys got made up on here.

I bet they are! I've already been offered a set from here and I have been told by Russ what they will retail for.I don't know how much forum guys paid but I know what they were offered to me for and that's enough said. Either way it still doesn't fix the lack of gear ratio options for jimny diffs.

No I don't think Sierra would be enough for me? I will end up running 33"-35" tyres on the jimny and I think will need diff ratio as well as Sierra gears? Or triple the torque and this is another can of worms again..... Best not to think of these things so close to Xmas or kids will be getting house bricks painted nice colours!

6.5 should be enough. what spline count are these axles
