GV King springs upfront?

Who is running them and how are they holding up? And what sizes are they?
Some literature says 40mm and some people say 50mm but in the front of the book at my local parts store it says "Raised springs are a lift of 20-30mm"

My dobinsons won't like the extra weight of the JML bar, winch and battery. I want it to be reasonably level with the weight fitted

I already have some of that Bruce blokes spacers fitted :wink:

Im using King springs in the front. They handle the weight of my alloy bar, winch and dual battery setup with little issue.

gave me 50mm lift when first fitted but that was before the mods started

Has Sagged about 10mm since fitted.

the king springs i fitted to the blue GV gave 30mm of lift. Didn't get any extra lift over advertised.

you're going to need macdaddy spec toughdogg 6" front springs

They are only 40mm tough dogs, but because they are load rated to 300kgs, they really keep the front end up high, which imo, is good if you want to put extra weight on the front...

Another option is the dobinsons XL7 lifted springs. I've got them in mine without spacers and handle the weight of bar, winch and batteries pretty well.
