overheating still (possible head gasket?)

hey fellow auszookers

I have replaced every bit of my cooling system, but the f10a still overheats.
Just wondering what the odds it could be a head gasket or head?

No water in oil or oil in water, but not sure if it could be the top end?

The only other ways the head gasket could break is between two cylinders and between a cylinder and a water jacket.

If it broke between a cylinder and water jacket it would over heat and your radiator would become pressurised and dump coolant everywhere.

Is your timing right? Sometimes if they are out of time (I forget which way) they can run hot.

Is it loosing water
Did you replace thermostat
Did you replace water pump
Did you replace radiator
Is the fan on backwards
Is it overheating all the time
Is the sender working properly

1 yes
2 yes
3 yes
4 fans on correct way
5 it only over heats when idling/crawling witch is a nascence
6 yeah it works replaced that to lol

any help will be good as im keen to get back out there

My guess is a leaky welsh plug. Mine was leaking under inlet manifold.
Left no signs, as heat kept it dry.
Hope it simple,
head jobs are no fun...well some are not

Having the radiator stripped and cleaned is a good idea

PS. Inlet manifolds can crack, causing issues, though not common

How do you know that it's actually overheating? What is the coolant temp?

because it boiled twice, and reads over H on factory gauge, but i no they can be faulty

You need a pressure test, to see where coolant is going

Just a thought...

Is there anything restricting airflow? like big lights, aircon stuff, big bar
Did u flush the system?
Have u got a shroud?

X2 fan, as it appears to be overheating at low speeds.
(Also be the cause of coolant loss from overflow when it boils.)
Fan shroud will help.
Check fan belt tension too.
