hey guys i was just wondering how do you drop out and change the oil in the transfer case? i cant seem to locate the buds? cheers.

Drain plug is at the bottom, filler bung is on the left side about halfway up. The bungs are designed for a 10mm square drive, but you may get away with a 3/8 ratchet.

yeah i did think that was them cheers, and also how much oil does it take? and what do use recommend cheers.

Just under a litre. I use Castrol EPX 80/90.

EPX 80W90 contains Sulphur and Phosphorus which can attack bronze components.
Definitely not the recommended oil for Sierra transfer case.

Use VMX-M 75W-85....

I wouldn't...

Castrol ONLY recommend VMX-M for Suzuki transfers.... If EPX was OK I'm sure they'd list it too.

i think ill get a big bottle and change my gearbox to VMX looks like a more quality oil
