Tires are in excellent condition with at least 70% tread and same tread pattern in every corner.
Engine was replaced approximately 40,000km ago with a Hyundai Accent engine (same engine used in excel - accent) so only has 100,000km despite the car having 231,000kms.
Sadly car has no rego or RWC and will be sold as is because I don't have the time do get them.
C.V, Joint recently replaced,
Full hub replacement on front drivers side.
New battery.
New alternator.
New thermostat.
New front brake pads
Radiator flushed and fluid replaced.
Tappet Cover gasket replaced
Oil and filter changed every 10,000 since we've had it
Starts first time and runs really well, no smoke, uses no oil.
Cost around $10.58 per 100km using approximately 6.80L/100km (assuming cost of petrol is $1.553/L)

Car is currently in Laidley 4341, can be viewed any day after 4 and most weekends.
