I keep blowing reverse fuses and i cant figure out why,has anybody come across a faulty reverse switch thats the only thing i can think it will be.

It'll be one of the wires pinched or earthed somewhere. I'd suspect in behind the bumper

Thought that so i run a temporary wire for this weekend as im going bush but still blowing.

Try unplugging the switch and using something like a small split pin into the loom plug. If it still blows then there's a short down stream, if not then it could be the switch.
Have you checked the light sockets for a short?

Will try the plug in the morning and installed brand new sealed led lights today.

Did it blow before you installed the lights? If not then recheck what you did.

Do you have the lights wired up right? If so then try fitting your old light again (if you still have it). There may be a short in the light. Also check none of your wires are touching

I replaced the lights thinking the fitting may have been faulty.
Ive used proper narva quick connect clips,not my first rodeo with wiring this ones got me stumped but.

Try unplugging both lights then selecting reverse. If it doesn't blow then plug in one light, if it still doesn't blow plug the other one in.
You're just going to have to keep trying things to narrow it down

Does it blow when you select reverse or when you turn the key on?

You can't say it isn't something when you are on an Internet forum asking for help, but if you knew it wasn't the lights you would have fixed it by now.

Unplug everything you can and work your way back, and plug something in and if it doesn't blow move to the next connection

Indicators and reverse lights, are on the same fuse in sierras.
So you need to check both circuits to find your problem.

It is possible for the reverse gear switch to fuse/melt and short out (happened in my sierra).

I've had so many rev switches die, that I just wire in a manual switch instead, now
