Remove the fan shroud from the radiator, drain radiator (tap at the bottom) - don't forget to remove the radiator cap, undo in and out hoses.
From memory there are only four bolts that hold it in, can't remember what, if anything, holds the condenser to the radiator but it can stay in place when you remove the radiator. Be careful not to damage the fins.

It's a fairly easy job and installation is just a reversal.

all done was much much easier than what it was expecting, the bloke said around 90$ to patch and it will be like new dose that seem ok? i think i know where the hole is should i block all the hose holes are and pressurise it with a pump and put some water in and fix myself? is it that easy?

ok well im just going to bite the bullet and just buy new as i don't wanna be in the bush and the patch burst so i have heard the 1.6l vitara radiator will fit nice just 30mm wider so have to bend brackets out a little bit and they cost a fraction of the price and will be good to get a bit more cooler in these hot summers, what u think?
