Hey everyone!! Another silly question from a new Zooker!! 8O Dont know where I'd be without your wealth of knowledge, patience and understanding!!

The new zook (a '93 sierra) didn't come with heater hoses and I'm trying to pop a few in to get past rego inspection (another stupid WA thing, needs to have working demisters).

And trying very hard to pick where the heater hoses run.

Now, they clearly run between the firewall, the tap and the manifold..

My understanding is they run from the

1) heater core outlet to the water pump

2) manifold to Tap inlet

3) Tap outlet to heater..

Does this sound about right??

So which is the inlet and outlet from the heater core, LHS v RHS??

Which is the inlet and outlet of the tap, superior v inferior (top v bottom)

and I want to make sure I'm hosing up to the right ports on the water pump/manifold.. Any guidance there to identifying them??

I'm desperately trying to upload photo's, but clearly there is a major error that exists between keyboard and chair!!

Can anyone upload a pic of which outlet/inlet goes to where?? Or describe it so a massive spaz like me can understand?? Will keep trying the pics

Have fun, If it doesn't have heater hoses, there may be a reason.

Old heater cores can and do leak. Dash out job. YAY

For sure!! I've checked the core and that seems to be intact and hold water.. The guy who had it before was installing air-con.. He got as far as putting in the compressor and bypassing the heater to start plumbing it all in, but sadly got sick and couldn't finish it. Should have it hooked up later today and fingers crossed!! Happy days
