I actually contacted him from here and bought from him, nothing to do with ebay. I dont expect anything from anybody else just him and since he wont return my emails I have no choice as he did ask me to post my experience with him. I would just like him to do something. Whenever I sell anything and it has been found to be unsatisfactory I have always offered a refund (this has only happened once).

Hi Gav,

Cool story, sure that will stir some emotions!

Now I shall endeavour to share the facts that somehow you chose to leave out.

Little ones first with regards to replying to emails, after you contacted me to tell me the diff was rusty inside, there were no less than 14 replies from me trying to resolve the issue and keep you happy. I wanted you to be happy with what you bought from me, even though you offered no evidence, ie photos of your claims!

Can you go back and read the emails and try to see my point of view, even better can you get a third party to read through and explain it to you? If like your previous post, you have edited or deleted them, let me know and I will send them all to you again? In particular the next two paragraphs that I have copied and pasted for everyone:

Was always suspect on that diff as I did not know much about the history of it, I expressed that to you in the beginning. That was why I drained the oil out of it and shown you when we first put it on the hoist. Also asked you to have a closer look when the wheels were removed, at the swivel balls and brakes in particular. Wanted you to be happy with what you were buying and understand what you were getting, certainly did not want any grief about it. Understand that pulling it apart was the only way to determine the condition inside and I trust what you are saying. When you told me there was a problem, I straight away offered the spare centre as it was the only widetrack front diff part that I had!

Perhaps I can help you with other parts that you need for your rebuild as I certainly don’t want any ill feeling, let me know what you need?

You make me feel humble and I am man enough to apologize when I am wrong or make a mistake, so here goes:

I am sorrry that I took at face value when you told me you were an Aircraft Mechanic and for assuming when you told me you understood the condition that you were happy!

Hopefully now you will understand why I stopped replying as I was wasting time and getting nowhere!

Regards

Greg

you should have been a politician lots of words and no action. Yet a gain you dance around the facts instead of doing something to make me happy ( as you put it)
