if you have no luck on here you might be able to try these guys, http://www.4wdfiberglass.com. they are in nz. i havent personally used them but.

$300 plus freight is a bit of a killer from NZ. But thanks for the link

didnt an auszooker offer to make a bunch of fibreglass LJ bonnets a while ago?

IIRC he just needed a good one to take the mould from- and I think someone put thier hand up with a newish one to use?
