its just a leaking axle seal. nothing to panik about

Replace the axle seals.

Run a swivel hub seal kit through it. Also a good time to replace king pin and wheel bearings.

That will get you out of trouble.
There is another kit that comes with new wheel bearings as well.
He will have both in stock.
