Firstly, this item is from Singapore. I bought the fender flares from Lowrange 3 years ago and left it unused since then.

I am asking for USD250 for the brand new flares excluding freight charges.

I read it as saying he bought them from LROR 3 years ago, and they were delivered to him in Singapore.
